The Rituals for Living Dreambook
5/23/2015
For full disclosure purposes, I received a digital version of the Rituals for Living Dreambook in return for talking about the Dreambook. I am not being paid to talk about or advertise their products. All opinions of the product are my own.
Today I'm sharing The Rituals for Living Dreambook with you all. As a blogger, someone who exercises and has a regime, has a Youtube channel to plan around and a full time job, I find that I have to make lists ALOT and plan ALOT. If I didn't plan or write things down, there probably wouldn't be much content from me. I'd lose track and it would be a mess! Even when I do plan and write lists, this can still happen!
I'm sure it's the same for most of you. I have lists and notepads everywhere, I have at least two on my desk and a couple at work. I've been on the hunt for a proper planner for a long time but have yet to come across a planner or diary that will fit all of my needs.
The Rituals for Living Dreambook helps you commit to your short and long term goals, personal growth and whole health through creative processes, mind-mapping, visioning, planning sessions and weekly boot camps.
The Dreambook was started by Briana and Peter Borten, who both have vast experience in wellness entrepreneurship, hollistic health and natural medecine. They're also the founders of The DragonTree. They say that the Rituals for Living Dreamcook is a place for you to dream, craft and forge new rituals. It will help clarify and emphasize your true priorities and establish a plan to bring them to the forefront of your life.
Whats inside the Rituals for Living Dreambook?
Introduction: How to get started, best ways to use the book
Dreaming: Connecting to true desires, dreaming and honoring vision, crafting, ritualizing and setting your theme for the year.
Planning Sessions: Goals for the year, quarter and month.
Weekly Bootcamp: Top goals for the week, tasks, a weekly ritual for Living health challenge, space to de-clutter.
Weekly Download: Reflection and Gratitude
Back Sheets: Lists, essential blank space for right brain creative exploration
End of Year: Reflection, memorable moments, what worked, what didn't work and next years theme.
The Dreambook+Planner contains everything that's included above and also includes a weekly and monthly calendar. This helps you to identify your monthly theme and goals, includes weekly task lists and daily sections for setting intention and focus.
There are NO dates inside the planner except the ones that you will write yourself. That means you can start writing in the planner whenever you like. If you don't have a busy week and don't feel like you need to write anything, that's totally OK and there wont be any wasted paper.
Visually, I think the Dreambook is stunning, the cover is simplistic yet beautiful and the layout of the pages inside are great and there is plenty of space for note writing!
The Rituals for Living Dreambook is still in its startup stage(but doesn't have long left!). They are SO close to reaching their funding goals that are needed in order to have the Dreambook launch! If you're interested in the Rituals for Living Dreambook and you think it might be a planner that suits your needs and want to get your hands on a copy, then head on over to their kickstarter page to find out more!

Question: Do you use a planner or write lots of lists? What do you currently use? Does it fit your needs?
