Weigh In Wednesday

That's almost a 2lb gain since last week. I have been watching my food quite well and I have been back at the gym since Saturday so I did NOT expect this when I hopped on the scale this morning.
You have to eat 3500 calories over your maintenance to gain just 1lb so that's 7000cals to gain 2 lbs. NO chance I've eaten that much over. Its got to be water weight or something to do with being back at the gym.
Oh well, Im not going to beat myself up about it. There's not much much I can do about it except try even harder for next week.
We will see what next week brings, huh!
