Weigh In Wednesday
10/31/2012Todays Weigh In:
153.0lb on the dot. That's a 2.4lb drop this week. So I've lost the weight that I put on last week and a little extra at the same time. I'm pretty happy with that.
I've been consistently going to the gym. I'm glad I managed to get myself out of that funk I was in. Food has not been great but that's because I'm on semi-soft food since I've had my tooth out. I'm being over-cautious I think but oh well.
I'm HOPING to see another loss next week as long as I keep up the exercise.
