Today's Weight:

This is really blurred for some reason, i forgot to check it before i left.

It does say 150.8lbs no 158.8 like it looks.

That means I've gained 0.4lbs this week. I'm not upset by this, i did have ToTM twice this week which may have made some fluctuations and I hadn't been to the toilet (TMI but who cares!). So I'm taking it with a pinch of salt.

Its not like I gained loads so I'm still happy with the weigh in, hopefully nature plays on my side for next weeks weigh in!
