Late What I Ate Wednesday #4 and Measurements for August

I'm gonna do a combined post here for What I Ate Wednesday and My Measurements taken for this month.


Im late with What I Ate Wednesday because I didn't get back home until well after 11pm last night and I was too tired to put together the post.

So, without further ado..

Breakfast (9:30 am):
Chocolate Weetabix with 150 ml of Semi Skimmed Milk

Cup of Yorkshire Tea with 1 Sweetener and a bit of Semi Skimmed Milk.

Cals: 254

Snack (11 am-12:30 pm):
Graze - Apple and Cinnamon Flapjack

Cals: 237






Lunch (12:30-1:30 pm):
Heinz - Salad Cream With Lemon & Black Pepper
Tesco - Salad Crisp Sweet & Crunchy Salad
John West - Tuna In Spring Water
Warburtons - Square(ish) Wraps

Cals: 360

Snack (3pm): Cup of Yorkshire Tea with 1 Sweetener and a bit of Semi Skimmed Milk. (No Picture)

Cals: 13


Dinner (6 pm):
Homemade - Sweet Potato Fries (Baked W/ Olive Oil), 1 Medium Potato (151g)
Tesco Market Value - Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets Small
Napolina - Olive Oil 1 Teaspoon
1 Teaspoon of Schwartz - Peri Peri Spices
Tesco's - Petis Pois, 140 g
Cals: 556

Snack (7:30-8:30 pm): Had a cheeky Chelsea Bun from Tescos.. Ooops.. Un-pictured... because it went too quick. ;)

Cals: 350

Total Cals For The Day: ~1750

Not a bad day, I'm proud of Dinner for today and quite clean. Too bad about the snacks, but it was my choice to eat them so I'm the only one to blame. I did enjoy them though and I won't feel guilty for eating them.

Neck - 12 - Same as Last Month
Bust - 32 - Same as Last Month
Waist - 27 - Same as Last Month
Belly - 35 - 1 Inch Loss
Hips - 34 - Same as Last Month
Right Bicep - 11 - Same as Last Month
Left Bicep - 11 - Same as Last Month
Right Forearm - 8.5 - 0.5 Inch Loss
Left Forearm - 8.5 - 0.5 Inch Loss
Right Thigh - 21 - Same as Last Month
Left Thigh - 21 - Same as Last Month
Right Calf - 16 - Same as Last Month
Left Calf - 16 - Same as Last Month
Right Wrist - 6 - Same as Last Month
Left Wrist - 6 - Same as Last Month
So, a 2 inch loss total this month. Its better than nothing, but could definitely be better than this. I still have fat and inches to lose around my midsection and thighs but its not budging.
I'm happy for the 1 inch loss on the belly area. Just gotta keep pushing. 
I've started Focus T25. Its a complete sweatfest, Im hoping it will do me some good and I might see some more inches lost before my holiday next month. We will see.
Have you tried any of the Beachbody Workouts like Insanity, P90x or Focus T25? What do you think of them? What kind of results did you get?
