-118.4 lbs since starting weight.

Current Weight: 139.6 lbs


Maintained this week. Not entirely sure why. I didn't eat bad this week and I exercised a fair amount.

I did eat a big meal 2 nights in a row though so maybe it was that.. but I'm not making excuses.. lets hope for a loss next week instead.
