Ultimate Coffee Date // March
3/05/2016
It's been quite a while since I last joined up with the last Ultimate Coffee Date, too long in fact! I love being able to catch up with everyone and find out what everyone has been up to.. I just figured I didn't really have much to update everyone on previously.
So, I thought it'd be good to have a bit of a chat and let you know whats been going on lately! So grab a cuppa and lets get started!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you.. that I can't believe how fast this year is going by and I can't believe we're already in March! That's probably because I've been on holiday but it really is going SO fast! I feel like I've hardly achieved anything thus far even though we're 3 months in. Does anyone else feel the same?
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you.. that I got my race number for North London Half this week and totally had a mini meltdown about it. I haven't run in coming up to 3 weeks due to going on holiday and I feel SO under prepared for the race! I have 2 weeks left and need to attempt a 10 mile run tomorrow! Wish me luck!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you.. that I had a fabulous time in Costa Rica and I'm totally missing the weather now that I'm back in the UK where it's raining/snowing! We did a tour for the first 4 days with different excursions during the day and then spent the last 10 days in a main hotel. It was very different to the holidays we've taken previously and I really enjoyed actually getting out and exploring the beautiful country!
Do let me know if you would like a blog post about Costa Rica with what I did and lots of pictures!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you.. that this week has been particularly tough. Jetlag has been a nightmare, I jumped straight back into work and it's been mad. I've been major tired, I've been struggling to get to sleep before 2AM and then I'm super tired during the day! I've done no exercise and I'm feeling massively run down. I really hope that things go back to normal next week!
If we were having coffee today, I would tell you.. that despite having a tough week, I've also had my planning head on! If you've read my post about falling off the wagon.. you'll know what I'm on about.. if not, go check it out!
I've planned out blog posts so my blog doesn't go silent again, I've got my training for the next two weeks planned out to make the most of them before race day and I have meals planned out too in attempt to make a start losing some of this excess weight! We've been shopping and got everything I need.. Now I just need to get on with it!
That's it for my updates! Thank you for joining me today!
Please make sure that you go on over and check out the hosts of the linkup, the lovely ladies Coco, Deborah and Lynda! You can always leave a coffee related post in the linkup and check out all the other great bloggers for a catch up!

ReplyDeleteI totally missed Ultimate Coffee Date this month, and I'm not entirely sure how! I would love to hear more about your holiday! I don't think Matt and I are going to be going abroad this year, so I need to live vicariously through other people's :) If we were having coffee, I would tell you that I am getting my blog mojo back on (it went for a wander over the last few weeks).
