Review // Yogi Tea

For full disclosure purposes, I received a Hamper of Yogi Tea for free in return for an honest review. I am not being paid to talk about or advertise their products. All opinions of the product are my own. Any links marked with a * are affiliate links.
You may know if you've ever read my coffee date posts before.. I HATE coffee but absolutely love tea. I have several cups a day on top of my normal water intake. I always have to have a tea in the morning and I actually find a tea at night helps me to feel tired too(which some find weird since tea has caffeine and in theory should wake me up).
There's something about a cup of tea that is just so comforting. I like to have a cup of tea when I settle down in the evening, whether that's to write blog posts or catch up on fellow bloggers posts!
I've been trying for the longest time to find teas that I can have on their own without having to add milk or sweeteners to make them taste better.
A few weeks ago, I got sent an AMAZING hamper from Yogi Tea as they were launching their new branding! I'd never tried Yogi Tea before but I had seen it previously at the Om Yoga Show last year and I'd seen it floating about on Instagram.
I got sent 6 of their flavours(they have SO many to choose from!) Classic, Stomach Ease, Licorice, Choco, Throat Comfort and Bedtime. All of the teas smell lovely and the flavours are fantastic, they're not too overpowering but not weak like other teas!
The Choco flavour is BY FAR my favourite one out of all of them, it's literally like a mild version of a hot chocolate in tea form and it's delicious! The bedtime tea is a go to at bedtime(obviously), it has a blend of fennel, chamomile and valerian root and helps to mellow me out and relax.. I end up nodding off pretty quickly after this too.
Licorice, cinnamon, ginger and fennel seem to be pretty popular ingredients, So if you like the spiced type teas then you'll like these. I'm quite fond of Chai Lattes so instantly took a liking to all the flavours I tried.
One part of the Yogi Tea that I ABSOLUTELY love, is that they have tea tags on the end of the teabag strings which have a saying or quote on them which is SO great for some daily inspiration, I've actually been saving them all!
Yogi Tea can be found in most Holland & Barrett Stores and independent health stores. You can also find Yogi Tea online at Goodness Direct and on Amazon*

ReplyDeleteHi Laura,
ReplyDeleteI was lucky enough to try Yogi Tea at the Be Fit London event a little while ago, and loved their chai so much! Would love to try out the chocolate flavoured one, seeing as it's your favourite.
