Measurements for September and a September Recap
10/01/2013I don't have much to say for this post so I will keep it short and sweet.
Measurements were the same as last month. There has been zero change since last month.. Not even slightly.
This is incredibly frustrating to me as I hope so much to be able to loose the belly and some off my thighs and I would be happy but it's just not happening.
So.. I went to the doctors on Monday evening to talk to someone about it and also bout my loose skin. It was pretty in eventful tbh. The doctor didn't really have a clue about anything, she didn't really offer any advice. I had issues with my belly area and breasts with regards to loose skin and no measurement loss. She only looked at my stomach.. Did not feel to see if it might have been fat or if it indeed was skin..
So I'm pretty disappointed. She said that she did not know the rules with regards to getting skin removal surgery on the NHS and would have to ring me back(which hasn't happened yet).
She told me that in the event that they will not help with any funding for surgery, that I should look into getting a quote for it.
I had a brief look and could be looking from 8-12k for a tummy tuck and breast uplift surgery. I will keep you updated in what happens with this. Could take a while depending on what happens.
In terms of recap for September.. There isn't much to say on hat subject either. I was away on holiday for the majority of the month and there hasn't been much going on with anything since I got back.
If you've been reading my blog, you will know I gained some weight whilst on holiday so October will be the month where I work to get it off again.
So yeah, short and sweet update for this month.
My goals for this month are:
1) Drink 8 glasses of water per day
2) Workout at least 4 x per week
3) Stick to #choctober (no chocolate, sewers, cakes, biscuits etc for the month of October)
4) Get back down to my pre-holiday weight of 133lbs
5) Start Yoga
