Honestly this is part of life and the ups and downs that go with it. It REALLY doesn't matter at all if you are 133 pounds or 136 pounds or even 140 pounds. I know at some point it DOES matter but a few pounds up and down is normal. I struggle with that too, but honestly this is why I try and not weigh myself too much. What is entirely more important is those pictures and how you look and FEEL about your body. Stay active and healthy and everything else falls into place the way it should :)
ReplyDeletethank you for this, you're totally right. Im not gonna fret too much about it now. Just going to move on to maintenance, though i've heard thats even more difficult than losing weight. We'll see!
