Workouts this week:
Thursday - 3 miles
Saturday - 6.45 miles
Sunday - 4.36 miles
Sunday - 4.36 miles
Busy week this week. Hence why I didn't workout Mon-Weds. Fiance had the car and I had to find alternative transport to work in the mornings which ended up being the bus (HATE HATE HATE). I had to get up earlier than usual and leave the house way earlier than usual to get to work.. and I'm not a morning person.. so I didn't do anything exercise wise in the mornings during that time.
Food this week:
Food has been hit and miss this week. Parts have been great and healthy such as lunches and the occasional breakfast and dinner. However, as I've been so busy this week, there has also been some fast food this week including Mcdonalds and Subway.. So I don't expect much from my weigh-in either this week.
Goals last week:
1st - Do at least 2-3 Kettlebell workouts this week.
I'm beginning to think I shouldn't set any goals regarding a particular exercise.. cause every-time I have, i failed it. I've been majorly strapped for time this week as I've already mentioned above.. so I didn't fit in these workouts.

Goals next week:
1st - Fit in some time to write blog posts.
Not really fitness related, but definitely blog related. I want to make sure that I get in some time to write some blog posts this week. I have some news this week for the blog that I will be writing soon.
